Oatmeal butter cookies are just the
perfect way to celebrate any occasion. Delicious and crunchy oatmeal cookies
loaded with chocolate chips frosted with Biscoff is just delicious in every
angle. Based on its look and consistency anyone might think this is just
another peanut butter cookies. But it's a perfect blend of chocolate chips
cookies with oatmeal and creamy biscoff spread. Just amazing and hard to resist.
Biscoff spread is sweet creamy spread, made with all-natural ingredients packed
with caramelized flavor and aromatic spices.
Twisted sugar has lots of option in cookies. Very easy to make, you just need the
following ingredients
· ½ cups Butter
· ½ cups Biscoff
spread
· 1 cup of oats
· ½ teaspoon
baking soda
· ½ teaspoon
ground cinnamon
· 1 cup brown
sugar
· 2 cups of
chocolate chips
Procedure:

Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a cookie sheet with
parchment paper or a Silpat liner. Set aside.

Add the butter and Biscoff spread into a large
microwave-safe bowl heat for a few seconds at a time until melted. Set aside to
cool.

In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking soda,
salt and cinnamon and set aside.

When the butter and peanut butter are cooled
completely, mix in the sugars until combined. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla
and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the white chocolate
chips.

Drop the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets and
bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes. The edges will be just slightly
set. The edges will be just browned and the centre will be slightly firm but
not fully set. Don't over bake!

Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for a few
minutes, and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
